TRAIL CREEK, Ind. — Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred Monday night at the Little Caesars in Trail Creek located on US Highway 20.

According to police, two black men entered the restaurant at approximately 9:38 p.m. with handguns demanding the employees to hand over the money in the cash register.

The suspects, who had their faces concealed, then fled the area in an unknown direction.

A LaPorte County Sheriff Deputy and his K-9 partner, along with officers from the Michigan City Police, and the Long Beach Police assisted in an attempt to track the suspects but were not successful.

Due to the suspects concealing their faces, an accurate description was not available.
